What happens when I purchase a Test Prep Program?
After you have completed the online order form, you will be able to immediately download the Test Prep Software installer
or to login to the Course.
You will then be able to easily install the program, and start to prepare for your test, by following the simple
instructions leading you along the way. You will also receive a confirmation email letter from
The Test Prep Center giving you detailed instructions in case you have any difficulties
and how to quickly contact our support department. We know that time is critical
when preparing for your big test and we have made sure that this process is as simple and user friendly as possible.
How long will it take before I can use the course or the software?
You will be able to download the software program immediately after placing your order. If you are purchasing a course,
you will be able to login to your course immediately after placing your order.
Depending on your Internet connection speed, the software should take less than 15 minutes to dowload.
The size of the files varies but they are all around 4 Mb. You could be using the course or the software to prepare
for your test in just a few minutes.
What exactly do I get? Do I receive anything in the mail?
When you purchase a Test Prep software program from us, you will receive a digital downloadable file
that is used to install the test prep program on your computer. You will not receive any floppy disks
or manuals with this program, nor will you receive anything in the mail from us.
Everything that you need to use the software is built into the digital downloadable file,
including detailed instructions and help options.
When you purchase a Course from us, your browser will be directed to the login page for your course.
The course is accessed and displayed on your browser. On a Windows computer, you can access the course
with any common browser. On a Macintosh computer, you must use the Firefox browser. If you do not have
the Firefox browser on your computer, you can download a free copy from
Firefox.
What if I don't like the program?
The aim of The Test Prep Center is to help students succeed on their big Test day.
If you do not like the Test Prep Software that you have purchased for any reason,
simply send a message to sales@novapress.net
and we will refund your purchase. It really is that simple.
If, at the end of a course, you do not feel you are sufficiently prepared for the test, you may repeat the course for free -- with full access to the instructors.
